How do I get in touch?
Drop us an email at hello@candypants.com and we’ll get back you within 24 hours (Mon - Friday).
Where’s my order at?
All UK orders are tracked and sent via Evri which will deliver in 1-3 working days depending on the delivery service you chose. Overseas orders are tracked and sent via Royal Mail- delivery can take between 3 to 10 working days depending on the country you are in. If you’re having any problems please just let us know and we’ll get on it.
If you need a reminder to when you placed the order, just log into my account and have a quick look.
How do I go about returning my items?
We’re sorry if things weren’t quite how you expected them! If you wanna return, no probs. Check out our returns info, but in summary:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the date shown on the dispatch note
- The hygiene sticker must not be removed
- No makeup stains
- Items must have all tags attached
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
You can return your parcel through any Post Office.
- On your delivery note, select the items you’re sending back
- Select the reasons why you’re returning so we can improve for your next shop!
- Seal it all up and make sure its secure, use the original packaging if poss.
- Keep proof of your postage, just in case there’s any issues with the return.
Where’s my refund at?
Please give us 10 working days for the postage times and for us to process the return before you look for a refund in your account.
In some cases, it may take anywhere between 2-4 weeks to fully process the refund so don’t panic girl if its been a while, we’re on it!

Can I exchange?
We replace items if they are defective or damaged, or to change an incorrect size at our discretion. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@candypants.com and send your item to: Candypants Returns, 3rd Floor, 19 Dolly Lane, Leeds, LS9 7TU. Please ensure you state on the returns form that you are wanting an exchange.
There’s an item missing from my delivery, where’s is at?
Oh no, sorry! You should have had an email about this and we’re already looking into sorting you a refund, your parcel should be with you in the next week or so.
You’ve sent me the wrong thing…
Oh no we are SO sorry something went wrong. If you return it to us we can send you a replacement (stock dependent).
You’ve sold out! When’s it coming back?
Our collection is called ‘When it’s gone it’s gone’, there’s limited stock and we’re not 100% sure when it will be back! Keep an eye out on our website!
